Great service dealer. I have taken my car couple times there to get serviced. Very respectful although not happy looking staff. They always looked rushed (as they normally are) you will receive quality attention from the staff. They keep you updated on your car's status and/or service request. Nobody will push you into getting things you don't need. You will get the service right on time. Their waiting room is always stocked with goodies while you wait too. Even during construction they are offering good service.

Came in for a cabin filter replacement and replace a broken foglight lens. 'Sticker shock' of about $450 (parts and labor) to fix the fog light was cost preventative. Afterwards, the dash screen was all jazzed up with different information than what was on there when I arrived. The check-in employee had a hard time correcting it and I also didn't know how to fix it (it's my wife's car, not mine). Mechanics should quit putzing with my screen settings!

Suggested i get new windshield wipers in front and back but front ones were just replaced.

All the staff is very friendly and attentive, they help you find the most convenient plan and they are very efficient from the manager to the service people. I give that place a 10 and give it to others. dealers and they are not friendly, they are very rude, this place is the best and they speak Spanish, I love the service and dedication

Dealer had a used car (2022) I really liked. I was able to negotiate a price that was okay (Oct '23). I probably should have waited as used car prices have come down significantly more toward the end of the year. I was disappointed it had no floor mats. Picked up the car and found it had no car manual and no second key either. Bought mats ($200) and a manual ($40) and the dealer (post sale) eventually stepped up on the second key ($375 if I had to buy it on my own). It was a bit of a frustrating process, but the car ...

Got my car ready for winter and a new set of tires reasonably with the fall coupon packet they send out. And they called an Uber to take me back home to wait. I would say many of the small things like changing air filters are cheaper to do yourself, but they are fair and upfront with you.

Took less then quoted time when I made the appointment. I had 2 "re-calls" to have done, and an oil change. What I was IMPRESSED with was after everything was done, They brought out my paperwork and said some things were due and some coming due, AND there was NO pressure at ALL! this time to have them done. That Impressed me!, in past visits that had happened. Since that, I have inquired about tires and got the quote, and will be going there/here for that service.

I needed an oil change, tire rotation, fluids checked and an service inspection after a 4,300 mile trip to Utah. The mechanic Dominic Garcia did a thorough job on my 2015 Xterra. Dominic even made a video for me to look at. The Multi-Point Inspection helps me know the condition of wear items such as brakes, tires, etc. I had Aaryn Remmel check my Nissan Points for me and it turned out I had more points than needed for this Service visit so the visit was free of charge. I took my Murano in for tires. The service counter was very helpful and courteous and offered me an Uber to get to work since I planned to leave my car. When my car was ready (on time!), Duke the Service Manager was so nice and suggested to me there might be a rebate for my tires (this was even with my buy 3 get one for $1!)
