My son and I went in to test drive a Sentra not necessarily expecting to purchase it that day. George was patient and diligent as we looked over many vehicles and requested various vehicle options over the few days we worked with him. Very pleasant car purchase experience. Sales, management and finance personnel were very friendly and there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I was able to discuss price with the salesperson and manager and agreed upon a purchase price in a short amount of time. What a team at Boucher Nissan of Greenfield. From Mike to Nikolay, Scott to Justin. Whole process took 48H from initial coorespondance to driving off the lot. Justin in Finance had all paperwork ready to execute and we spent <1H in his office getting everything signed. Minor hiccup from a maintenance perspective following the purchase but the team swooped in and did what was right. I recommend these guys to ALL my friends, family, and colleagues and will continue to do so. Great people, easy decision!

After my vehicle was serviced and washed, it took an additional 20 minutes for it to be brought out. I was later told they had forgotten to move it to the front after informing me it was ready.
