My son and I went in to test drive a Sentra not necessarily expecting to purchase it that day. Very pleasant car purchase experience. Sales, management and finance personnel were very friendly and there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. What a team at Boucher Nissan of Greenfield. From Mike to Nikolay, Scott to Justin. Whole process took 48H from initial coorespondance to driving off the lot. Justin in Finance had all paperwork ready to execute and we spent <1H in his office getting everything signed. Minor hiccup from a maintenance perspective following the purchase but the team swooped in and did what was right. I recommend these guys to ALL my friends, family, and colleagues and will continue to do so. Great people, easy decision!

After my vehicle was serviced and washed, it took an additional 20 minutes for it to be brought out. I was later told they had forgotten to move it to the front after informing me it was ready.

The quality of closing the job was not good, there were some bumber covers not securely closed, despite that reminded them! I had to bring the car back and forth with the body shop (gourdi Lincoln) despite that a simple phone call was enough from Nissan. This was frustrating as the repair took longer than it should have been.
